Inclusive adolescent sexual & reproductive health services in Mozambique

While Mozambique has been making strides towards improving provision of adolescent-friendly health services, there are still young people that are consistently excluded especially those with disabilities. ICRH-Mozambique is now partenering in two projects funded by the Flanders Government to reach these groups. The project "Access Without Barriers" uses the positive deviance approach to communications. ICRH Mozambique is conducting formative research, implementing community-based activities and supporting 6 health centres to provide inclusive adolescent-friendly health services. A second project "No Adolescent Left Behind" works towards increasing access to inclusive, gender-sensitive adolescent-friendly health services in Tete. ICRH Mozambique is assuming the role of research partner in the project.
