Differentiated care model for people living with HIV/AIDS in Kenya

ICRH Kenya has embraced Multi Month Scripting for stable Key Populations with 530 Female Sex Workers and 168 Men who have sex with men currently on MMS in both Mombasa and Kilifi Counties. With the current COVI9 -19 pandemic, guidance from NASCOP (National AIDS and STI Control Programme) is that People Living With HIV/AIDS should be offered DSD irrespective of age or viral load status. Mentorship will be done to clinicians to scale up the uptake of DSD among KKey Populations in the next quarter. The project will also explore starting 36 community ART (antiretroviral therapy) groups among Key Populations by utilizing their peer networks with the peer navigators being the link between the facility and the Key Populations Living with HIV in the community ART group.
