OBJECTIVES
- To make an inventory of recent research (2000 - 2003) in/with or for developing countries
- To map the different fields of expertise
- To identify the principal actors (institutions and research groups)
- To formulate conclusions and recommendations to optimize the expertise in Flanders concerning development cooperation
ACTIVITIES
- creation of a research antenna in ICRH
- mapping of donors, research programs and administrations
- developping an inventory of recent research (2000 - 2003) in/with or for developing countries
- identification of principal actors. A questionnaire has been sent to 60 teams.
- state of the art of the concept "ontwikkelingsrelevantie" (developing pertinency)
- formulation of conclusions and recommendations
